Ricky A asked:

I have recently been recommended B Vitamins by my nutritionist but i am planning a pregnancy and the product info suggests that it is NOT to be used if planning a pregnancy. Check out the product on http://shop.biocare.co.uk/templates/product.aspx?ProductGuid=17330

That isn’t true. B vitamins are extremely good for females - my GP has told me to stay on mine alongside my prenatal vitamins and extra folic acid throughout my pregnancy, and was pleased that I was taking them before I conceived. They help your body to absorb iron more efficiently and help with energy levels as well as providing folic acid as part of any b-complex.
