    Hi Joe
The first and most essential supplement that nearly everyone should take is protein. Protein is a necessary building block of muscle, and we all get protein from our daily diets. However, if you are trying to build muscle, it is nearly impossible to get enough protein from your diet alone. You should be taking 1 to 1.5 grams of protein for every pound that you weigh. Protein shakes should be taken throughout the day to reach the desired amount, however, you should especially drink a protein shake immediately after your workout to aid in muscle recovery. Whey Protein is the most effective protein supplement, with soy protein being an alternative to those who cannot take whey.

Another effective muscle building supplement is creatine. Creatine is one of the most popular nutritional supplements ever, and for good reason. Creatine has been proven to increase muscle mass, strength, endurance, and to aid in faster muscle recovery. Some critics claim that all of the muscle gains due to creatine are simply retained water, but this is not true. Creatine does increase the amount of water retained in muscles, but also helps create true gains in muscle mass and strength. It is very important to drink plenty of water when taking creatine supplements, as well as when taking protein supplements.

Creatine and protein are the two most basic, and two of the most effective, nutritional health supplements when it comes to building muscle fast and effectively. These supplements are both natural, and are both safe and healthy. If you are already taking creatine and protein supplements, there are some more advanced bodybuilding supplements that can help in your muscle building efforts. However, if you are working out and you are not taking protein or creatine, start today and see muscle gains fast!

There are so many supplements that people take in order to build muscle that sometimes it seems a little overwhelming. Generally speaking, there are four main supplements that most bodybuilders would consider essential. They are multivitamins, creatine, Fish Oil (or Flax Oil) and Whey Protein (or soy protein if you are vegetarian). These supplements are the best places to start and (for many people building muscle) are the only supplements they ever need. When starting on any of these, make sure to take it slow as the products often recommend more than a beginner actually needs. Make sure to perform any exercises with correct form since that is just as important for muscle growth as these supplements.

You do not have to take weight gain powder like whey or Creatine. Those products are for adults those who seek to gain large muscles and are fine of course for weight lifting and are fine all around. However those products are only one option though. The eighteen hundreds did not know of these things yet still had many boxers, etc. athletes. I am simply stating that you are able to still gain big and adequate muscles and a strong lean physique by eating eggs and nuts as the protein source. Nuts have enough protein and eggs have perfect protein. Eggs have choline which boosts memory and someone needs to have a fully functioning memory to be able to run and perform all those other movements, routine. If you are going to be working out and going strong some time soon there then think about having a egg on tortilla wrap for a quick breakfast that’s hearty. Vitamins also come in a gel form that’s available now. There are flavored gels and fitness gels and weight gain gels. The gels are all sorts of fruit flavors, have minerals and are lighter on the stomach so you don’t get nauseous if running and training hard. Especially if the temperature was quite warm that day. Water however as opposed to those sports drinks are recommended not to be passed over.

Think about natural protein from pulses, legumes like peas and nuts like almonds or walnuts. By taking malic acid also from blackberries or apples small and red you will unlock more energy. Don’t eat six hours before going to sleep or the calories will be stored more as fat and metabolism reduce.

That’s about all you will need to know to begin a regimen to become fit.
