im 24 btw and im just wanting to lose extra baby weight i gained from pregnancy
you did the diet very wrong then if you have health problems from it..
the first 2 weeks of the diet is the only time that you are restricted from fruits and things like that..you still have to eat veggies and LEAN meats to get some vitamins from your foods
then after the first 2 weeks, you bring milk back in and fruits..
whatever you did, you did it very wrong..you should have gone to the dr..bc thats where this diet came from

how old are you? just want to let you know how dangerous this diet is if you are not being monitored by a nutritionist or doctor. Also if you are not very overweight or plan to stay on it long. When I was on it I had many problems like low potassium which effects how your heart brain and other vital organs work. How the diet works is it puts your body in Keto acidosis which then burns fat but this is dangerous. Also too much protein no carbs can damage your kidney function. Be careful
