    Vitamin C 1000mg a day works for me.

    That would be vitamins for the Immune System. Which is Zinc and vitamin C.

    You can find Vitamin C in:
    fresh or frozen fruit
    Fresh or frozen Veg
    Fruit Juice
    Salads

    And you can find Zinc in:
    Brown Pasta
    Hard Cheese
    Red meat
    Tinned sardines and pilchards.

    use centrum.. it has a lot of diferent vitamins and it will help you prevent from getting sick

    Vit C is good along with zinc…but the best vitamin you can take for overall health is prenatal vitamins…which require a prescription…they help your bones, hair, skin and your vital organ function…..the first step to infection prevent is good hand washing..that is what we teach our patients and the kids at school during flu season.

    I just take “once a day” and I stay pretty healthy. Im in college and my roommate is always sick so when she is I make sure and clean the places we both touch (like door knobs or lightswiches) with disenfecting wipes and I also use hand sanitizer. I haven’t been sick once!
