   My dermatologist said that biotin does she also said that biotin does she also said that biotin does she also said that biotin does she also said that gelatin doesnt do anything some people take gelatin doesnt do anything.

   I know that Vitamin C helps your nails. I think it is good for your whole body. But you know that Tums are really good for your nails?

   Try having vitamin C tablets… or just eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they contain lots of good vitamins…I’ve also heard that if you eat a lot of geletine, it makes your nails grow stronger and longer ?
