One Response to “How important are Vitamins to the body’s cellular makeup?”

Not Just Vitamins but minerals also play a vital role. They don’t make up the body, they provide the nutrition and support for the body to work properly.
Example, lets just look at B vitamins.
B1 helps to convert glucose to energy (required for brain and nervous systems operation
B2 supports the body’s cells to make enzymes that release energy to the cells
B3 supports energy production and other chemical reactions
B5 supports energy and the adrenal gland hormones
B6 works with proteins to get them to Amino Acids
B9 direct role in cell growth and maintenance. helps with preventing birth defects, mental function and strengthening the Immune System
B12 makes red blood cells and dna
thats just a little bit about B vitamins alone. Just imagine what the rest do.
