Like the other answerer said, Biotin. Try researching different vitamins like the vitamins in carrot also help. Lots of water, etc.
Also try buying Natural Organic shampoos rather than chemically processed stuff like Pantene. They’re really harming your hair rather than “repairing” it.
    anyway, good luck.

I’d recommend Biotin and Omega-3 Fish Oil supplements. Keeping your hair and scalp healthy are your best bet for letting it grow longer faster.

All growth occurs during sleep. Everything ranging from hair and nails to your height is conditional on your necessary sleep — so first, focus on getting a good night’s sleep.

Second, hair breakage can lead you to believe that your hair isn’t growing at a normal rate. Blow dryers, curling irons, and chemicals can weaken the hair shaft, causing breakage.

Use a good conditioner which will repair split ends and offers protection. Limit the heat setting on your dryer. It may take longer on a medium setting, but will protect your hair from the intense heat and subsequent damage.

Internally taken vitamins and minerals will NOT affect the hair that has already grown, so save your money and protect, from the outside, the hair that you have. A multivitamin (again, not expensive) will supplement your diet if you need it to promote healthy hair and nail growth.

It will happen. I know from experience that it seemed like it took forever to have my “just below the ear” hairstyle get past my shoulders. But remember that a good night’s sleep and a balanced diet is your absolute best (and cost-effective) method for achieving long hair.

Vitamins B, C, F, zinc, iron, copper and protein are essential for Hair Growth. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.Try for more details.
