Where is the problem online for the best framed?

How do I get a B-12 deficiency?
I started to develop Chelita angle that I could not get rid of. My doctor sent me for a blood test – sure enough. I had a bad run of colitis for a few weeks, several months ago …. I wonder if my gut was really fucked up and he left? I am baffled because I took a supplement of vitamin B (Sublingual) and other Vitamins / supplments years. I take a lot of time homecook my meals and eat well – much better than my peers. What to do? Thank you!
B12 deficiency is common and is simply the inability of the body to absorb the vitamin. I have the same problem (also called anemia Pernicious) and the doc told me it would not help to eat foods with loads of B12 in it. So, I now have an injection every 3 months and the problem is resolved.
