From what i understand the body is made up of few vitamins yet i see so many on the shelves.

I am very much under weight for my age and height. I have tried those nasty shake powders at GNC and WalMart, but all they do is upset my stomach. I have also tried Boost and Ensure but it does not seem to work. Does anyone know any type of vitamins or juices that can help me gain weight?
