what are good multivitamins suplements?

hi, im a female but i will never have children so i dont need prenatal or womens health vitamins. i dont like womens vitamins. i want a general one.

i dont want something with vitamin k.

i need something with vitamins, abcd and iron.
i dont have any health problems or womens health problems so i dont need a specific female one

also ive tried a few and i dont like em, i dont like centrum,one a day or flintstones or Nature Made.
i hate them

i want a tablet or chewable multi, no liquid or shakes, just a swallow tablet or something to chew
also it has to be something on sale in the usa.

Why does the vitamin and mineral content of spinach increase when it is boiled?

For instance, vitamin A content increases from 56% DV to 377% DV when cooked! Also, folate content increases from 15% DV to 66% DV. I think danielle is correct but i think that the iron content becomes lower if you cook it. I can’t remember all tho ….
